BAPTISM is an entry into the Church Family and the Body of Christ and is an affirmation of faith and intention of living a Christian life.
The parents and Godparents make a commitment before God to bring the young child/person up in a Christian environment and in a loving home.
At least one parent or guardian will affirm Baptism for an infant.
The greatest gifts you can give a child is your love and time, and teach the child to pray, particularly –
The Lord’s Prayer
Meal time thanks and prayer
Thank the heavenly Father regularly for the gift of your child – God’s special gift.
